  Are there any experts or resources here in Dallas on how to get free Medicaid (free health insurance) for old Vietnamese seniors with low income? They are over 65 years old, but cannot qualify for Medicare because they have not worked at least 10 years in Medicare-covered employment. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  Go to www.jpshealthnet.org for JPS Connection if they live in Tarrant County. JPS Health Network is Tarrant County Hospital District that serve for Tarrant county residents.
