We have a lift station in the basement that I believe to be at the root of the problem. We resealed it, but it might just be rotting. I'm not sure a plumber is right for the job, not sure a septic person is right for the job, not sure an HVAC person is right for the job. It has to be someone who dabbles in all three.   Well with the Swamp Cooler it goes in the unit. Not sure how it works with an AC, but I bet there's a way. We use Demond Baldwin 303-333-2633. He's great, honest and very reasonably priced
