  Paul E. wrote: I would not recommend Mr. Peppers to anyone at all! He does poor quality work & is a liar! He replaced my deck but it's not up to code. He started on my porch but didn't finish. He picks out wood that is full of knots & not straight. He left saw horses, new wood & old wood that I paid him in advance to remove. Mr. Peppers will not answer his phone, will not call you back & will not respond to text messages. He was paid in full but never gave me a receipt. Please use someone else for your handyman services!
