  I need a very professional full charge contractor to oversee two bathroom remodels. We used a contractor we adored for our kitchen, but he's involved in spec homes and big projects. We need more than a handyman/remodeler and definitely do not want to pay anyone by the hour. We've been burned by the hourly format twice. So, a formal proposal is a must, as are vetted, tax paying, and English-speaking subs. These are not huge jobs, probably a month's commitment for both. Please PM me if you're interested
