I believe that a price should include everything to get the desired look that is wanted to be achieved so my prices WILL include toner, cut and bdry /straighten prices with NO HIDDEN costs
I have over 12 years experience trained to
NVQ LEVEL 3 with numerous colouring certificates and experience in colour correcting and I am very passionate about my work!
I used KENUE and ELUMINART both are professional colour systems.
