A little about myself:
I started dancing in 2006 learning beginner Cuban salsa lessons many times over then advancing onwards to improvers, intermediate, then last but not least advanced.
I then found out when dancing socially that the majority of salsa dancers knew LA salsa so I started from beginners once again advancing through learning how to lead correctly and before I knew it I was copying all the ladies' moves to help perfect my own salsa.
After many years of dancing for fun I didn't think I would ever do a salsa performance but somehow I got conned into it by good friends of mine which led me to some of the best experiences of my life meeting great people, top world dancers and learning from the best.
I have danced for some of the top salsa schools in New Zealand including Viva Latino, Salsa Con Coco and Urban Salsa.
I would like to pass on what I know and what I've been taught throughout the years to help the Sunshine Coast Salsa Community advance and enjoy benefits of salsa and become better dancers.
