  This is a very serious question...I need to know where I can find out what Renters Rights are or someone I can talk to find out - I have a serious situation with my landlord that I put alot of money out of my own pocket to take care of a small electrical fire that happened in my apartment and I had to do all the things I feel he should have taken care of...its a terrible situation and I feel like I had to spend alot of money for something that was not my fault- which he says it was in his distorted mind...I cant possibly put all this mans thoughts on here or you all would be reading on here for a year!! I seriously am thinking of just deducting it from my rent and just taking my chances of him taking me to court!! And yes- the Fire Company did come to put out the fire and they were GREAT- I love them...the guys on Church Street...and they got here FAST- again saving his building from alot of damage - he doesnt even know!! Any thoughts anyone??
