Julie H. asked:ISO: Large home for rental. Budget is around $1500+, depending on location. I'm looking in Cobb County as both my job (Sandy Springs) and my husband's job (E. Cobb Marietta) are located in the area. I need no less than 2000sqft with 4+ bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. I've looked all over Zillow and Trulia but I'm hoping someone knows of a private renter where I don't have to go through a company. I don't mind if the company is easy to work with but I've been in an "American Homes 4 Rent" house for the last 3 years and they are very difficult to work with. Steak dinner to anyone who can help get me into an affordable large home by the end of school year!!
