About us
Classy Child® was founded in 2010 by a mother of 4 who lost her grandfather to the terrible sun-induced skin cancer, Melanoma. She knew that the best thing she could do in her grandfather's legacy was to create a 50+ UVP swimwear line to protect our children's delicate skin from the harmful and even deadly effects of the sun. The suits we carry are darling and offer extreme protection without the need for all of the harmful chemicals found in many of the sunscreens that are available in today's market. The suits are affordable and since they are made with Lycra®, they are durable enough to last.
