Drs. Lauren Pienaar and Terri Blake welcome you to to Back in Balance Chiropractic!
We are a family-orientated Chiropractic practice based full-time in Grahamstown with satellite clinics in Port Alfred and Port Elizabeth.
We aim to provide evidence-based Chiropractic care within a holistic context. We take the time to listen and understand what the issues are as well as provide you with the necessary advice to maximise the effectiveness of the care you receive.
Chiropractors focus on the diagnosis and management of mechanical problems within the musculoskeletal system and the effects of these on the nervous system and general health. The challenge of ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to suit each individual is key to the Back in Balance Chiropractors. It raises the bar and ensures that any patient, of any age, gets the care and advice appropriate to them.
The treatment modalities we use are varied and in addition to spinal manipulation or ‘clicking’ we use dry needling, muscle release techniques and taping.
As primary care practitioners, it is not necessary to get a GP referral to see us unless it is a specific requirement of your medical aid.
