  I'm looking for a contractor to rebuild/renovate two-story porch. Second floor needs to be jacked up, some joists replaced and a new deck. First floor needs concrete base repoured, new stone facing, new ceiling/lighting. Both need railings. I am planning to use Aeratis for the second floor deck and want a waterproof barrier between the first and second floor.
