I just recently (September 2014) had braces put back on my bottom teeth. From start to finish, the customer service side of this office has been absolutely amazing. Very courtious staff, knowledgeable ortho assistants, and timely appointments. I don't believe I ever waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment to start. When I went in for check-ins with Dr. Jane to review my progress, I was in and out in 15 minutes every time. Very efficient, friendly, and kind staff. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jane and the staff at the office. They have made the experience of adult braces to be a very positive one! I can't thank them enough!
