  Electrician $1 - Marks Point I need an electrician to replace 5 power points, and 6 light swtiched ( the ones in our house and old and look dated) and place another 4 plus 3 antenna ports. ( i have purchased all the switches just not the wires) Also replace 3 fans And add in 2 down lights in a hall way. ( there is 1 light there just dated) Wanting job done asap Happy to pay cash if that helps keep costs down. Pm me your best price.   Hi there everyone :) I would like to get some recommendations of any qualified and licenced trades that are interested in doing some work as quickly as possible on an investment property we've just bought. Firstly, we need a builder who can repair our roof and make it safe and watertight, and also fix some of the internal ceilings from the leaks. We also require repair to termite damage to the back area of the house, and to install a glass sliding door. Open to other suggestions with this as well. We will also need a plumber, main jobs required are to seal off various points in the house where sinks have been installed, connect hot water to bathroom, laundry and kitchen and install a new toilet. Lastly, we also require the services of an electrician to assist with a bit of tidy up work and power to kitchen once installed. Still not 100% sure of what else we may need them to do at this point, but I'm sure there will be more! Ideally, it would be great to find someone who can look after the whole lot of this for us. Is not essential though. Also, we are not looking at making the house perfect or look like a show home. It just needs to be safe and functional for tenants to live in, and we refuse to spend unnecessary money on this. Happy to pay cash on jobs as well to keep our costs down (if this also works for you!). Please contact me if you are genuinely interested in helping us with this. I am happy to forward the building report or anything else you may need to assist with quoting. And as mentioned, we would like to get this done as quickly as we can. Thanking you in advance !!
