  Creating an LLC can be pretty easy. I do those cheaply just to establish a relationship with a new client. The trick is in your operating agreement, especially when there is more than one member. The operating agreement defines your rights just like any other contract. When a dispute arises, you want to make sure you are covered. www.jqnlaw.com
