Talked to Doug (Owner), explained the emergency crisis we were facing and he immediately put a plan together, shopped the parts needed and built a custom circuit to get our engravers up and running on a generator. IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS from the initial call we were engraving orders again. I believe there was some divine intervention on this day cuz Doug was a cold call from a google search and had never done work for us prior. He made us a priority and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Guess that’s why he is still thriving in biz 22 years strong. I don’t know their service radius but I do know they are certainly worth the first call to inquire.
