  Interview a few realtors to see if your personalities mesh. Diane Hatfield at Podley Properties is amazing. She spent several months with us searching for the right fit and is the kindest most patient realtor I have ever met. She even sat with us at closing to ensure the paperwork was correct and answer final questions - I have never had a realtor do that before!
