  Question, I'm closing on a hud home and I was in search of closing attorney and that was unsuccessful so I end up with what the realtor recommend to me, I spoke to them in regard getting a title search report and that was also big negative .. I really don't feel comfortable dealing with them whether closing, title search, title insurance. And I'm not even sure what to expect from them anymore!!. Does anyone experienced can tell me what should I expect in my closing process!? Do I get a title search report in my hand or that just BS!? Any feedback/advice will be greatly appreciated.
