Looking for a sit down restaurant in Seattle proper that is amazing and won't have a long wait on a Saturday night (or takes reservations). I'd love to try somewhere new, but the new places seem to be in Cap Hill (i.e. nuts on Saturday night). Thanks!

  Have you been to Flying Squirrel? Not sure how the set up is they have more than one location I liked when they served their pizza in Ballard at Sunset Tavern http://www.flyingsquirrelpizza.com/
