  Angela C. wrote: was very disappointed. My wedding planner contacted him 3 times prior to the wedding for his itinerary. He said he would call her back, but never did. The wedding planner designed an itinerary, which was approved by the Bride. The wedding planner handed him the itinerary the day of the wedding, he looked at it one second and handed it back to the wedding planner and walked away. The wedding planner continued trying communicate him throughout the day, but he never acknowledged her. He didnt take a variety of poses nor dufferent background. For example, he spent 30 minutes taking pictures of the bride and bridemaids in the short robes under the large covered porch. The wind blowing like crazy and of course so we're their robes!!! It began to rain and he said he would take family pictures later. (He could have taken them under the large covered porch) He never took pictures of the family even after the Bride reminded him. However, I feel like it shouldn't have been the Bride's responsibility to remind him of family pictures. He was the professional and had an assistant. The Bride should have been enjoying her day. The bridal portrait looked like someone had take a picture from their phone and had it blown up on a Canvas. He was aggregate!!!
