About us
As a state licensed and insured builder with over 20 years in the construction industry, we are fluent in all aspects of home maintenance, repair, improvements, remodeling, and energy savings. We do almost everything from hardwood floors, tile, interior doors, exterior doors, french doors, windows, decks, porches, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
We also have a passion (along with knowledge and experience) for improving accessibility options for handicap, aging, injured, or otherwise disabled customers. We provide safe access with aesthetically pleasing ramps, decks, grab bars, hand rails, widened doorways, and many other available options to make the simple things in life simple again.
Along with a Michigan residential builder's license and various other certifications, we also hold national certifications through BPI (Building performance institute) as certified residential building analysts. Through extensive proper training, strict national testing, and constant continuing education requirements, we are experts in proper building ventilation, healthy home maintenance, energy conservation, and residential building science.
