  Info from landlords please need attorney FREE - 72173 Looking for info from Landlords. Looking for the best real estate attorney in faulkner county. I have a rental house in Fredricks place and the tenants refused to leave after served with a Notice to Vacate for unpaid rent and damages to property. The district and circuit court said an attorney has to file the forms. I want to file Unlawful Detainer to press criminal charges and have sheriff's office remove them and also a Failure to Vacate to sue them for unpaid rent, late fees, damages, court cost and attorney fees. I plan on serving her the papers at her work since she won't answer the door. If you have experienced this or know which attorney I need to use please let me know asap. All help appreciated.
