He had no clue what he was doing, spent time on the phone getting direction from another electrician, yammered on about personal business, putting everything back together and then said "uh-oh, still not working". Had to take it all apart again - conveniently while the clock ticked. He then had to go to the store to get blue wire - what electrician doesn't carry wire!! AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME! He didn't produce any receipts for parts, sat in his truck for 15 minutes writing out the bill WHICH HE BILLED ME FOR! The actual time of what was needed should have been under an hour if he knew what he was doing of if a qualified electrician was actually doing it. I might add also, the unhandyman was all giggly over his new screwdriver. I'd bet my last penny I paid for that screw driver. If ZERO stars was an option, I'd choose it. RUN, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.
