I would like to not spend more than 100$ but I will if this person does a great job. I would rather spend more and have someone do a great job than pay a little and it not look so good. Two years ago I let a girl do my hair who was highly recommended by a close friend. She ruined it. :( it looked awful and I am just now coming around to letting someone touch it again.
