Tara from Creative Heart Arts has a passion for art ever since a young child. She holds a BA in Visual arts and a Masters in Instructional technology and is a certified NYS art teacher. She has been specializing in portraits ( fine art ) her entire art career. Several years ago her interest spread to natural light portrait photography. Recently she has been photographing newborn, infants, children and families.
