Who We Are
Capital Services is a year-round property maintenance company founded by Jim MacKenzie to serve the needs of Kanata and Stittsville residents. With over 30 years of property maintenance experience, Jim and his skilled team offer a wide range services to maintain your lawn during the summer months and to provide snow-blowing services in the winter. Capital is dedicated to providing excellent service and unparalleled customer support.
We use the latest technologies and the highest-quality products and materials to ensure that your needs and expectations are met in a professional manner. We take the time to understand your homecare needs and are prepared to help you throughout the seasons.
At Capital Services, we take an individual approach to each customer’s needs. Our team attends to the smallest of details in order to build trust and confidence with our many customers.
What Sets Us Apart
Capital Services remains at the forefront of its industry both environmentally and technologically. We use earth-friendly fertilizers and natural insect-control products. Our tractors are fuelled by biodiesel and equipped with GPS tracking devices, which allow us to track each vehicle and provide timely service to our clients. We were amongst the first to introduced pull-type snow blowers, along with a second back blade to clean closer to the garage door. Our blowers are also equipped with an interlock-friendly Teflon blade.
