  PKM Students, we are looking for an experienced building contractor. We are still in the process of negotiating the tear-down/build-out of a possible new home for PKM. We will need - tear-down/build out (walls, offices), disposal of material, electrical, plumbing (relocation of pipes), painting, flooring (sealing), signage and possibly fixing ceiling grid.
