  April L. wrote: Horrible. Went in for a rose gold color and the lady made it PINK. I went back and got it corrected, the next day, all the dye washed out. And I used a normal OGX series shampoo for colored hair. She ripped me off and used temporary dye. I confronted her about it and cast the blame on me. And then she wanted me to pay for HER mistake! Never go there. She seems all friendly and honest but she's not. Spent over $100 there and I get nothing out of it. I went somewhere else for the same treatment and got way better service. And permanent dye. Not ripped off temp dye. Beware.
