  Paint shops? Does anyone know any good paint shops for vehicles here in Utah that doesn't involve the whole collision and insurance only? Every paint shop I've gone to says they can't paint my car unless it was involved in a collision and the insurance is going to cover, they wont let me pay out of pocket.
