  Yasu A. wrote: Clockwork used to good when Trent was doing the work. Trent delegates work to apprentice and the work quality has gone down hill. He kept blaming the problem on my thermostat and did not have A/C for 3 days. I bought 4 different thermostats and still didn’t work. It was not my thermostat that was causing the issue but the connection to the A/C. Trent promised to come back to work on our HVAC for a week but no shows. I am going to give my business to someone who wants it and someone who cares about customers
