About us

Ahi is the Hawaiian name for yellow fin tuna. The chef and owner, Mark Whitehead, was given the power name Ahi when he began volunteering his time at a cancer survivorship camp in Oluwalu, Maui. The campers and staff at "Athletes 4 Cancer" felt that Ahi was a fitting name since Chef Mark feeds the mind and spirit of his extended family.

Ahi's Ohana Catering is available for any festivity needing food. We specialize in weddings, sit down dinners, rehearsal dinners and more.
