  I'm in need of a good dentist for the kids and please don't recommend Dr. Shaun Wright. Can they see a regular dentist? Or does it need to be a pedodontist still? Mahalo!

  Shane and I go to http://www.dentalcareofmaui.com/; recommended by Liza Pierce and Peter Liu best I can recall. We have been very happy, after not being happy with our Oahu dentist, Russell Masunaga.

  Yes, like what Roxanne Darling said, I recommend the Dental Care of Maui our whole family go there - owned by husband and wife, both dentist, Dr. John and Dr, Bonnie Uehara; and their staff are great too!

  We too go to dental care of Maui dr. Bonny and John uehara are great with the kids, our pediatrician recommended them to us when kids were little staff is friendly and most important for us it is a latex safe environment for Katie. They treat us all like family.

  Another vote for Bonnie Uehara at Dental Care of Maui as mentioned by Roxanne Darling above. Their office is like a spaceship, the people are cool and fun, and I don't know how she does it, but she doesn't hurt me and I don't leave there feeling like my face was punched.
