  I have a 12 year old dog who is not doing well. Her sister was put down 8 years ago with similar symptoms. I am looking for a vet that will be honest with us and if our dog needs to be put down she can and will be in the most humane way. Her eyes are not dilating and responding to light, she will not leave her kennel no matter what. She shakes like she cannot maintain her balance. Any ideas?

  My dog has an ear infection. I took him to Banfield inside Petsmart thinking it would be cheaper than Barrington Oaks. They wanted $175 TO DIAGNOSE IT and required me to leave him there for 4 hours. ????? Any suggestions for cheaper treatment or alternative remedies?
