  ISO Hello USVI, , I'm planning on buying myself a one way ticket to St Thomas sometime in August. I can come a little early if I need to. I'm looking for a place to rent. Small, safe, decent neighborhood! Furnished, utilities included, and would consider my cat! A month to month would be great. A vacation rental that also considers some long term options might be nice .I would consider being a roommate if it was the right situation. I realize I may need to come down and then continue searching for a place so this is just my beginning. I'm just putting my feelers out there.. I visited in November for a couple of weeks to get a little feel for the place as a whole.I'd like the Price range to be 650-750 ballpark. I've been a caretaker/housekeeper for some beautiful properties in the past in Montana and Arizona so I can always offer those services to help with the cost if anyone knows of any of those situations.
