My dad has a felony charge (criminal I guess, idk how it's classified),I don't know how much information I need to give, but he defended himself and is being accused of things he did not do, and he has been told he will serve jail time, which is ridiculous, his last lawyer was very confusing, saying things then changing it, he was told the best thing to do is to sign some things, so he did, and I think that's not good. He's been dealing with this case since last May. Anyways, I need to find a good lawyer in San Diego, i have money, but not much, so not too expensive. He has a court date on thursday.
