  Dalya B. wrote: Zara's workmanship is excellent. She is experienced at doing everything from hemming and taking clothing in or out, to making and repairing bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. She works out of her home and is friendly and pleasant. She works at Bloomingdale's, so the best time to reach her is early in the morning or late in the day.
