Austin Dog Walking and Pet Sitting: The Sporty Dog is one of Austin's highly rated Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers, locally owned, established, bonded, insured, pet-loving, reliable, compassionate and prepared for emergencies since 2008. We are also ecstatic to be recommended by the Austin Pet Sitters Organization as well as one of Crave Austin's Women Owned Pet Businesses.
The Sporty Dog offers daily, personalized Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, Dog Hiking, Kitty Sitting, House Sitting/Overnights, Pet Transportation, and Hotel Pet Sitting. When you choose Austin's The Sporty Dog, you get a professional, reliable pet sitter who will customize the care for each pet's individual needs on a personal level. We are a local Austin small business that will ultimately provide you with the peace of mind knowing your "family" member is given the personal attention that your pet sitter would give to their own pet, in your own home. We believe it's detrimental to a pet's health to provide pet care in their very own home, where sights and smells are most familiar and their routine is not interrupted by going to a boarding facility or someone else's home. We are also able to successfully work with fearful or shy and anxious dogs and help them overcome their fears and feel comfortable while you are away. We currently service Central, East, Downtown, South, and portions of North and West Austin.
