With over 22 years of experience in the industry, owner Mike DeSorbo can provide catering services for all types of events. CPI can handle everything from family brunches to corporate lunches, served meals to buffets, small deliveries to large receptions and military functions. You can choose from our large variety of dinner, cocktail or theme menu options or CPI can customize a menu for you.
Plus, we are a full service catering company that can make any or all of the arrangements for your event. CPI can help with details such as ordering rentals, managing bar services, coordinating with other providers, and handling set-up / clean-up of the party site.
