  Cottonwoods $695, Bakken Housing (has trailers) $600-$900 for smaller ones. $1250 for bigger.

  Utilities are included in some of the trailers. Not all of them but the cheaper ones are, you'd have to go to the Bakken Housing page. I'm not sure about the cottonwoods. I wouldn't think so.

  Bakken housing currently only has some $1250 ones available but can put you on a list when other ones come available
