  This is a question for all of my African American friends that live in the bay area: Where do you go to get your hair cut? My hair is in dire need of a trim. I found a place in Oakland I really liked, but the woman who owns it is very unreliable with making it to appointments and it takes a really long time to get there on public transportation. I am very hesitant to let people/hair stylists touch my hair anymore who don't regularly deal with African American hair. Any referrals would be appreciated!
