  Check out www.humanesociety.org/animals or proboneo.org which is a non-profit organization otherwise just pay what you can if you take him in and either if possible work out a payment plan or use balance for CC#??? If you end up bringing him in just let them know after they access his current condition...ask them because if your financial situation if they can condense/limit the most important test/procedures to a.) find out what's going on....and b.) treatment. Usually after you bring them in....they'll work with your financial constrictions..."usually". If he's had stones before and have passed them on his own you may wait it out...just depends on how large the stone and his age. Comfort him the best you can for now:) Prayers for you...the family, and the 4 legged kid!!!
