  I have no idea what she charges, but I got a business card from a girl who was doing beautiful face painting at my daughter's preschool open house. She does great work. Her name is Julia and the company is called Funny Face. Her number is 732-972-7393 or 908-770-7602. It says on the card that they only use non-allergenic FDA approved paints.
