  I'm going to vent and ask for recommendations. The vent - why is it that I can't find a single dermatologist whose website discusses skin cancer? Unless they are selling a product? I get that they can make easy money off things like injections and that there are more people wanting laser treatments than need skin cancer care. But I want someone who CARES about skin cancers to look at the spots I am concerned about. Does anyone have a dermatologist they think cares as much about your health as making money off of aesthetic products?
