  Hi. I'm going to do some research into gym memberships myself but wondered if anyone can recommend any good value ones in the bedford area? Used to have a personal trainer years ago but since putting all the weight back on that i lost and having and baby 6 weeks ago I am back to square one but unfortunately can't afford PT sessions. Getting married in less than 6 months so on a major mission (unless there are any PT's out there willing to do a really really good deal and take me on as a challenge/promotional material?!!)   Luke Levitt at LLPT FITNESS COLLECTIVE offer small group personal training. Maximum of 4 people in a group, being trained by a highly qualified personal trainer. At a reduced rate of a PT! Check out the Facebook page. Currently running offers 👍🏻
