TERMS & CONDITIONS. By placing an order from Bears Bloom FB page or when calling. You are agreeing to the following terms & conditions. You must be over the age of 18 to place an order for alcoholic products. By placing an order you confirm that you or the recipient of an alcoholic gift are over the age of 18. AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION. Floral products are subject to availability and my not all be in stock. If any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received for our suppliers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative of a similar style. We will try to contact you if we are unable to contact you via your contact details provided prior to the time that we make up your order, we will assume the you accept the substitution. PAYMENT Payment is by PayPal or cash. ORDERS Bears Bloooms specialise in beautiful flower arrangements & hand tied bouquets. Please note if you wish to order a certain flower or colour we would advise 48 hours notice. Otherwise we will hand select flowers & make a beautiful arrangment / bouquet for you or that special someone that they will truly love .
