Or something else local that will deliver something nice to her? My little sister is in her early 20s and just moved across the world to the DC area by herself. She doesn't really know anyone in the area (just friends of friends). I would like to send her something (from a local place, I'd like to to arrive Friday if possible, otherwise next week is also good) that will make her feel less alone.   Not sure if they deliver out to Arlington, but Lees Flower Shop (https://www.leesflowerandcard.com/) is one of two black-owned business on U street that has been around since the riots. The other one is Ben's Chili Bowl.
