  Need recommendation - my a/c units don't seem to be cooling my house what so ever, and when they kick in often have a burning smell. My landlord has refused to respond to my requests to get it fixed so am looking for an affordable company that can come out and help (must be licensed, etc.) - so I can utilize the landlord/tenant act that lets me deduct the expense from rent. Last year the same thing happened and it just needed more coolant/recharged. Hoping it's the same issue this time. But with the heat getting higher, and having a toddler and soon newborn at home all day I need to get this fixed sooner rather than later.
