About us
Jenn Olson began her career as an assistant to a wedding photographer. Her love of capturing priceless memories of couples as they began their lives together never left her, and she set out on a journey to help couples and families capture not only memories, but to take photos that tell the story of their lives.
While working in ministry and daycare, Jenn cultivated her hobby of photography into a true talent. Snapping photos of precious little ones in their “native habitat” taught Jenn that the best photos of children and families come not from careful posing and editing, but from allowing them to be themselves as she captured their joy and love for one another in a more organic way. Jenn favors the use of natural light and a playful, encouraging session to relax her clients and remove the stress of trying to hold a pose or orchestrating a group smile.
Jenn’s goal for each session is for couples and families to leave feeling beautiful, loved, and encouraged. When asked, Jenn will quickly call her photography her ministry- a channel for her to spread the love of Jesus and lift her clients up as she shows them through her photos how precious they are. Jenn loves her work because it is relational, and she has had the joy of photographing numerous families throughout the years as their families grow and change.
Jenn is supported in her endeavors by her husband and three young children- her most difficult subjects.
