  Good morning lovely people! Need some advice please! I'm currently based in totton and looking for a good riding school to have some private lessons on, I suffer with a bad back and unfortunately because of this I have a very upright position and it needs to be corrected (also learnt to be upright from riding previously) is there any one that can correct this . I'm in no position to be using another persons horse sadly. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. :)

  Kim's absolutely right. I've recently had a load of chiropractic work done and after having some mechanical horse lesson showing I was leaning and still having muscular pain I went to Sarah Ayres for some sports physio.
