  Oh man, sorry. Chimneys are tricky because it can be leaking from either the roofing (shingles or flashing) or the chimney. My advice; DON'T call a chimney company. They will just want to sell you a chimney liner, they are for chimney internals. You need either a roofing company or a mason (assuming you have a brick chimney). Ours required complete repointing, replacing a couple of bricks, and sealing to be fixed. Highly recommend this company, but they did have a minimum charge. https://www.alliancemasonryrestoration.com
