  If they'd consider working with a coach instead and possibly over the phone or skype, I'd like to recommend myself! http://www.bodylovewellness.com/workwithme I mostly deal with food and body image issues, but I always end up working on other things with clients anyway and I'm totally pro fat and don't make any assumptions about what fat "symbolizes" etc.
